This is a great deal to get your new snowboarder out on the mountain. These boots are well used and will have scuff marks and scratches, as well as toe wear. Kids snowboard boots are well used as kids are rough on boots. They may not look pretty, but they are still useable.
All manufacturers boots fit a little differently. I suggest trying on a similar brand or model at a local shop to get the best idea of fit and size. Use one pair of snowboarding socks. Do not use cotton socks. Your feet need to be snug and comfortable for all day riding.
