This is a New Hi-Tec "Ramon" Dark Gray Men's Ski Snowboard Pant. The pants are not insulated. The shell pant is waterproof with 5000 Tecproof. The pants are a size Large. We recently acquired these pants as part of a sample line. The pants are new but do not have any retail hang tags or fabric content information. We have limited information on fabric and features.
