This is a New Navy Blue Sport Leisure Stretch-Lite Men's Athletic Pant. The pants are not insulated. The pants have sealed seams. The pants are a size EXL. Please see our measurements below. We recently acquired these pants as part of a sample line. The pants are new but do not have any retail hang tags or fabric content information. We have limited information on fabric and features. A zipper closure with two snaps at waist

Lower Leg near cuff also has Velcro for added adjust around the boot and ankle
Two Front 6" Zipper Side pockets with Fabric cover. Front pockets can also be accessed from inside the pant with opening that secures with snaps
One back slide in pocket with fabric cover that secures to pant with Velcro Tab
