Shipping Information

US Customers
We ship our goods using United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated using real time rates with USPS and FedEx. These carriers will return the shipping types available to the buyer based on their location. The shipping rate includes packaging, shipping and insurance, where applicable. Upon shipment, you will receive a FedEx tracking number and/or a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number.

Expedited FedEx Service
Expedited orders must be in by 6:00am EST to go out the same day. After 6:00am EST they will be shipped out the next business day.

Caution: FedEx Express does not deliver on the weekends. This means that 2 day orders shipped on Thursday and Friday will not arrive until Monday and Tuesday. Overnight orders shipped Friday will arrive on Monday. Additionally, we want our East Coast Customers to know that FedEx ground is usually only 1-2 days transit time from our location outside of Washington, DC and Annapolis, MD. This is not a guarantee as shipment may take a couple of days more.

Canadian Customers
All goods shipped to Canada will use USPS International Mail. This shipping rate includes packaging, shipping and insurance, where applicable. The shipping prices does not include GST, PST, duty and any other taxes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for these charges upon delivery in Canada. We do not know what duties and taxes are applicable for your order. Please check with Canadian Customs Service and/or Canada Post for this information. Additionally, we can not mark your order as a gift. Online retail purchases can not legally be marked as gifts. It is just not the right thing to do.

International Shipping Now Available!

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

This consolidation process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the below image.
3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Lothian Maryland. We are located east of Washington, D.C., and south of Annapolis, MD.

How often do you ship?
We generally ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment (except on weekends).

Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship directly to locations in the U.S. and to Canada, we also ship worldwide through Bongo International. Due to the oversize nature of our skis and snowboards, customer have found shipping rates to other locations to be very expensive. For example a ski shipped using Bongo to Australia can cost approximately $140.00 US to $190.00 US depending on the length of the ski.
